Reset My Password

If you have forgotten your Micronet ECOM password, you can have your password reset.

  1. Select the Reset My Password button on the Micronet ECOM Welcome screen.

  1. Enter your user name then select the Reset My Password button.

Micronet will send an email containing a new temporary password to the email address registered to your user name.

  1. When you receive the email, go to the Micronet ECOM website.
  1. Login to the website using your temporary password.

Micronet displays the Reset my password.

  1. Enter your temporary password, your new password and your email address then select the Reset My Password button.

Micronet displays a message that your password has been reset.

  1. Select the Start Browsing button to enter the online store.
