Reset My Password
If you have forgotten your Micronet ECOM password, you can have your password reset.
- Select the Reset My Password button on the Micronet ECOM Welcome screen.
- Enter your user name then select the Reset My Password button.
Micronet will send an email containing a new temporary password to the email address registered to your user name.
- When you receive the email, go to the Micronet ECOM website.
- Login to the website using your temporary password.

Micronet displays the Reset my password.
- Enter your temporary password, your new password and your email address then select the Reset My Password button.
Micronet displays a message that your password has been reset.
- Select the Start Browsing button to enter the online store.
